Screen and reserve your evaluation
Complete a short secure questionnaire, choose an appointment, and pay a $50 deposit credited toward your initial evaluation.

Complete intake and outside labs
Share your health history and any existing results securely. Your clinician reviews them and guides your next steps, including lab orders for testing near home. Lab charges are separate.

Meet with your clinician
Talk through your symptoms, review your results, and get answers to your questions. Together, discuss whether TRT fits your needs and what your care plan would involve.

Begin ongoing care
When treatment begins, your $150 monthly membership brings together medication delivery, routine supplies, follow-up, and monitoring with the same clinician.

At Baseline Men’s Health, you work directly with Andrew for your evaluation and ongoing testosterone care. Appointments are available in person at our Forest office, near Lynchburg, and by telehealth throughout Virginia.
Andrew takes time to understand what has changed, what matters to you, and what you want from care. You can ask questions, understand your results, and take part in decisions about your treatment.
You continue with the same clinician over time. Scheduled follow-up, lab review, and brief phone or secure-message check-ins help keep your care connected between visits.

What men usually want to know.
How do I know if I might have low testosterone?
Symptoms can include low energy, reduced strength, diminished libido, mood changes, and difficulty recovering. Symptoms alone are not diagnostic; evaluation and properly timed lab testing matter.
Can I be seen anywhere in Virginia?
Yes. Choose an in-person appointment at our Forest office near Lynchburg, or a telehealth appointment while physically located in Virginia. Some situations require an in-person examination or additional testing.
Can I see Andrew in person?
Yes. In-person appointments are available at 1563 Crossings Centre Drive, Suite 203, Forest, VA 24551. Telehealth is also available for eligible patients throughout Virginia. Laboratory draws take place at outside laboratories; we do not currently draw blood in the office.
Where do I get my blood drawn, and who pays?
Baseline does not draw blood in the office. After reviewing your intake, Andrew provides an order for you to take to an outside laboratory. You pay the laboratory separately, or use insurance if the laboratory accepts it and your plan covers the testing. Coverage is not guaranteed.
Can I use existing lab results or transfer my TRT care?
Yes. Upload your recent results securely with your intake and tell us about your current prescription. Andrew will review what can be used and whether additional testing or records are needed. Do not change your current treatment just to complete screening.
Do labs need to be complete before I book?
No. Reserve your evaluation first, then complete your intake and any testing ordered after review. If results are incomplete at your visit, the evaluation can still take place, but a treatment decision may need to wait.
What does the $50 deposit cover?
It reserves your initial evaluation and is credited toward the evaluation fee. The full fee and cancellation/refund policy will be shown before booking and payment. Online booking is not open yet.
Does everyone receive testosterone at the first visit?
No. Prescribing depends on symptoms, medical history, risks, and the required laboratory results. Repeat morning testing or another evaluation may be needed. Completing screening or paying for an evaluation does not guarantee a prescription.
Do I need a full appointment every month?
No. Follow-up depends on your response, safety monitoring, and treatment changes. Stable patients may have a brief phone or secure-message check-in between scheduled visits. New concerns may require an appointment.
When does membership billing begin?
The $150 monthly membership begins when treatment is initiated. It covers the ongoing TRT services listed above. The initial evaluation and laboratory charges are separate.
How do I contact Andrew between visits?
Established patients use secure clinical messaging for nonurgent treatment questions, with a response target of two business days. Messaging is not monitored continuously. For an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
